The owner, Mrs. Marianne Brachtendorf, is the executive chef and offers you regional specialies of selected fresh products of the regional environment.  

The most favourate specialities of our guests are the Alkener Winzersuppe according to Brachtendorf’s recipe, the Wingertsteak with fresh mushrooms in wine cream or the housemade bacon potatoe salad (served warm). Our highlight is our fresh Roastbeef and in the summer season our housemade Flammkuchen.
